TM Toys is one of the biggest toy distributor and toy manufacturer in Central Europe. We are working with brands like Schleich, Littest Pet Shop, Hey Clay, Bluey, Jumbo, Cry Babies, Magic Mixies and many others. We are also proud manufacturer of very succsefull brands as Fru Blu (outdoor bubles), Flockies (collectible animals), Gagagu (multisensory toys for babies).

In recent years TM Toys achieved a fast and stable growth in Polish market and expanded within Central Europe region. TM Toys has its own sales force in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine and cooperates with well-established local companies in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.

Now we are looking for person who will help us develop Czech and Slovakian market. If you are a hard worker with passion for toys this is a place for you.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Dealing with customer needs on daily basis, like presentation of the new toys, preparing offers, listing of new products, closing sales deals.
• Visiting main customers and hypermarkets stores to check how our products are presented. If the situation permits, you will be on the road to visit them and check the presentation of our products.
• Search for the new opportunities, we are expanding our sales channel and looking for someone, who knows how to find new customers.
• Independently close contracts at a close frequency and value to meet or exceed the regional sales targets.
• Appropriately engage management and staff in the sales cycle and provide on-going feedback to other areas of the organization.

The job has been tailored for you if:

• Fluent in Czech or Slovak & English.
• You have minimum 1 year selling experience in toy industry, or you have experience on the similar position but you are breathing for toys.
• Strong negotiations skills: you should be comfortable talking directly to the buyers or store manager and searching for new clients for our products.
• Teamwork oriented.
• Customer-focused, independent, sense of responsibility and target focused.
• Driving license. Personal meetings with the clients across the country is the part of the job.
